Dmax provides dance classes and related studio services at locations including Wakad and Nigdi (Pune), and digital tools via the Dmax app.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping OTP / login access secure.
- Faculty and admin access is restricted to authorized studio staff.
3. Classes, demos & fees
- Class schedules, fees, and capacity may change; the studio will communicate updates when reasonable.
- Demo classes are subject to availability and instructor confirmation via WhatsApp or in person.
- Enrollment and renewals follow studio fee policies. Online payment features may be introduced or updated over time.
4. Conduct & safety
Students and visitors must follow studio rules, respect instructors and peers, and use facilities safely. We may refuse or discontinue service for misconduct or safety concerns.
5. Website content
Class listings and banners on this website may include sample or illustrative content. For confirmed batches and fees, please verify with the studio via WhatsApp or the app.
6. Intellectual property
Dmax branding, app content, and choreography taught in class remain the property of Dmax or respective owners. Do not redistribute studio media without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Dance involves physical activity. Participate within your ability and inform instructors of injuries. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dmax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
