Dmax Dance Studio (“Dmax”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — name, phone number, and role (student, faculty, or admin) when you register or log in to the app.
• Profile information — optional photo, address, and other details you choose to provide.
• Studio activity — class enrollments, attendance, fee/payment status, and in-app notifications related to the studio.
• Device data — basic device identifiers used to keep you signed in on a trusted device.
• Website contact — if you message us on WhatsApp or email from this website, we receive the content you send.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve studio services (classes, attendance, fees).
• Authenticate users via phone OTP (Firebase Authentication).
• Sync studio data securely (e.g. Firestore / Storage when signed in).
• Respond to support and demo-class requests.
• Send important service messages (fees, class updates) inside the app.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers such as Google Firebase (auth, database, storage) to run the app.
• Studio staff (faculty/admin) as needed to manage classes, attendance, and fees.
• Legal requirements if required by law or to protect safety and rights.

4. Payments

Online payments (when enabled) may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on Dmax servers. Cash payments are recorded by studio staff as part of enrollment.

5. Data retention & security

We retain account and studio records while your membership is active and as needed for operations or legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Children’s privacy

Parents/guardians should supervise accounts for minors enrolled in kids’ batches. Contact us if you believe we have collected a child’s data without appropriate consent.

7. Your choices

• Update profile details in the app.
• Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), or follow dmaxstudio.netlify.app/delete.
• Stop WhatsApp messages by asking us or blocking the chat.
