Delete your Dmax account
You can delete your Dmax Dance Studio account from the app or by contacting us. This page explains the steps and what happens to your data.
How to delete (in the app)
- Open the Dmax app and sign in with your phone OTP.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account (below Logout).
- Confirm. If asked, sign in again with OTP, then confirm delete.
How to delete (without the app)
Email dmaxstudio2231@gmail.com from a reachable address. Subject: Dmax account deletion request. Include your full name and the phone number used to log in. We process requests within 7 days. WhatsApp: +91 78734 25282.
Data that is deleted
- Your account profile (name, phone, photo, address, Aadhaar if saved)
- Your login / Firebase Auth session
- In-app notifications for your account
- Pending cash payment requests in your name
- Event registrations in your name
Data that may be kept
- Paid fee / payment records and attendance history may be kept for studio accounts and tax / legal records.
- These records are not used to sign you back in. We keep them only as long as required for operations or law (typically up to 8 years for financial records in India).
Partial data deletion
You can edit your name and profile photo in the app without deleting the account. We do not offer deleting individual attendance or payment rows while the account stays open. To remove personal profile data, use Delete account or email us.
